What is WildRoar Exchange Policy for Coats?
If you are unhappy with the product that you have received, you can send it back to us
within 7 days of the delivery via any cost effective courier or registered post. We will issue credit in your account for the value of the products plus an additional Rs. 50 to 100 to compensate for the amount spent by you in sending the product(s) back to us. (International shipping charges are non-refundable).

Items will have to be unused and returned in their original packaging within 7 days of
delivery.I have received a wrong/defective product. How do I proceed?
Send the product back to our address using the same process mentioned above. We will reimburse you for the entire amount you spend on returning the products to us or if you wish to we will ship the new item at the earliest

Shipping Policy:

We will ship orders received till 1pm on same day (provided product is in stock). We ship by reputed courier companies. If your pin code doesn’t have courier service then we will send by India post. Our products are deliverd in 1 to 2 days in metro cities and 3-7 days in non metro cities. You will receive tracing details on mail from our shipping partner company.
